PROGRAMME :-
0930-0950 hrs. - Arrival of Guests
(you are requested to assemble by 09.50 hrs.)
1000 hrs. - 
* Hoisting of the National Flag by Ambassador Shri Krishan Kumar
* Singing of the National Anthem
* Reading out of the Hon’ble President of India’s Message to the Nation by Ambassador
(Refreshments will be served)
