The Embassy of India in Oslo and the Indian community in Oslo organized the First Oslo Color Festival 2022 on 7 May, 2022. H.E. Dr. B. Bala Bhaskar, Ambassador of India to Norway and Madam Ambassador gave away medals and certificates to the participants and volunteers at India House on 14 May, 2022
