9th Vibrant Gujarat Global Business Summit 2019

The Embassy of India would like to inform that State Government of Gujarat is organising the largest biennial business forum of India - the 9th Vibrant Gujarat Summit on the theme “Shaping a New India” to be held on January 18-20, 2019, at the Convention & Exhibition Centre “Mahatma Mandir”, located at Gandhinagar.
The Summit is on the theme of ‘Shaping a New India’ and will focus on multiple agendas of global socio-economic development, promote bilateral trade and investment and showcase partnership opportunities offered by ‘New India’ to the world. The 8th Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, held in January 2017, witnessed participation from 25,000+ delegates from 100+ countries, including 4 Heads of States, Nobel Laureates, Captains of global industry and Thought Leaders. The state government has proposed 19 partner countries for Vibrant Gujarat 2019. Today, the Summit has evolved into a platform for brainstorming on agendas of global socio-economic development, in addition to being a facilitator for knowledge sharing and forging effective partnerships.
In addition to the flagship events organized as part of the Summit, such as the inauguration by Honourable Prime Minister of India H.E. Mr. Narendra Modi, Gujarat’s Sprint to 2022: Address by Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Roundtable Interaction with the Heads of Global Funds, MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) Convention, Celebration of Africa Day and Celebration of West Asia Day, the 9th edition of the Summit will also witness the launch of a completely new set of forums, aimed at diversifying the nature of knowledge sharing at the Summit, and intensifying the level of networking between the participants, among those the seminars on Bilateral Trade, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Transport & Logistics, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Opportunities in Urban Infrastructure, International Financial Services Centre: A New Financial Gateway of India.
