Birth Certificate (Self) based on Indian passport
Before you proceed to the desired service, you may consider the following registrations, if applicable

In addition to uploading documents at SEWA portal, following documents are required during submission at the Embassy
- Current Indian passport in original
- Copy of current valid Indian passport – picture page and address page.
- Copy of Valid Residence card front and back side
- One recent coloured photograph (5X5CM)
