Celebration of 74th Independence Day of India

Flag Hoisting Ceremony

On the occasion of the 74th Independence Day of India, the Embassy of India will organize a Flag Hoisting Ceremony on Saturday, 15th August 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at India House at Holmenveien 4, 0374, Oslo. The National Flag will be hoisted by Ambassador-designate of India, Dr. B. Bala Bhaskar. The Embassy of India cordially invites all citizens of India, People of Indian Origin and Friends of India to attend the ceremony.

Programme:

0930-0950 hrs.: Arrival of Guests. (All are requested to assemble by 0950 hrs.)

1000 hrs.: Hoisting of the National Flag by Ambassador Dr. B. Bala Bhaskar.

  • Followed by singing of the National Anthem.

              • Reading out of the Hon’ble Rashtrapatiji’s Message to the Nation by Ambassador Dr. B. Bala Bhaskar.

              • Patriotic songs by 2-3 singers.

              • A dance performance on a patriotic song.
