Police Clearance Certificate
The applicant has to be physically present in the Embassy of India, Oslo for submission of documents. Regarding appointment, e mail may please be sent to reception.oslo@mea.gov.in
Eligible Indian nationals can do online registration for applying for PCC. Use Internet Explorer Browser for doing Online Registration.
Steps to be followed:
Open https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html on internet;
Register by clicking on "Register" Link. Select "Norway-Oslo" in the box against Indian Mission;
Login with the registered login ID and Password on "User Login" link
In the Applicant Home Page, click on "Apply for Police Clearance Certificate " link to file a new application.
After filling up online application, a print-out / hard copy of the application along with the self-attested copies of all requisite documents (as mentioned in the checklist given below) is required to be submitted directly at the Embassy . Submission of application at the Embassy requires prior appointment. Request for appointment can be sent via email reception.oslo@mea.gov.in

Please note that PCC will only be issued after receipt of fresh police verification on the PCC application. Hence applicants are advised to apply for PCC well ahead of time.
