In continuation of our earlier message regarding the “My Life My Yoga (MLMY)” video blogging contest in the run-up to IDY 2020, a revised set of guidelines from Ministry of AYUSH has been published (copy attached). According to the new guidelines, the entries can now be submitted through My Gov platform and the mylifemyyoga2020.com portal of the Ministry of AYUSH. The guidelines have accordingly been revised. These guidelines contain the revised instructions to the contestants, which has the details of the contest. Global prizes at Stage-2 have been announced and the same are included in the guidelines. Each entry must focus on the theme “My Life My Yoga” or “Jeevan Yoga”. All entries must be in digital video.Deadline for entries is 08.15 hours on June 15, 2020.Details of prizes are as under:

Norway: a) First Prize – NOK1,500/-
b) Second Prize – NOK1,000/-
c) Third Prize – NOK500/-
All prizes will be announced by the Embassy of India in Norway on or before 21stJune, 2020
B. Global Prize
Global Prizes will be selected from winners of all the countrie
