Recommendation of suitable candidates for 61st Know India Programme (KIP) on KIP portal by Missions/ Posts

       As you are aware that the Know India Programme (KIP) has already been announced for 60th, 61st and 62nd editions to be conducted in FY 2022-23 .


2.   With the window for applying for 61st edition of KIP drawing to a close on 19 August 2022, Missions/Posts are requested to kindly initiate the process of  examining, processing and recommendation of the applications on KIP portal (www.kip.gov.in) for the 61st edition, latest by 30 August 2022. Missions/Posts may kindly recommend those applications, received on the Portal, on priority basis, which have been filled in, in accordance with the KIP guidelines already circulated earlier (attached once again for ready reference).


3.   Missions/Posts are further requested to note that no application of an applicant may be considered for these KIPs, if the said applicant had already visited India under any of Government of India’s funding Schemes.


4.   A line in confirmation shall be highly appreciated.
