As you are aware, the Embassy of India, Oslo outsourced the Visa services to M/s BLS International Services Norway AS in June 2013. BLS was authorized to collect applicable visa fee, ICWF surcharge of NOK 25/- along with its service fee of NOK 115/-, which was later increased to NOK 145/- with effect from 11.05.2019, from the applicants. In addition, applicants have an option to avail the value added services (like charges for SMS/Photographs/Postal services/Photocopy or Printing services etc.), of BLS at the Embassy's approved rates. However, these services are not mandatory. All the approved charges are also posted on our website under the head of Consular Services. The Embassy would like to attract attention of any individual who has paid any amount other than as mentioned above or NOK 115/- as additional service fee to BLS. Such individuals may contact the Embassy (email: visa.oslo@mea.gov.in) with the relevant payment receipts for claim of refund from the BLS.
